Carlos Lisola is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He is founder of Lisola & Asociados Abogados (1988).

• Performed reinsurance practice in London 1991.

• Different advanced training courses in all areas of Law, held in Argentina and abroad.

• Extensive experience of more than 25 years in litigation in all courts of the Argentine Republic. Presentations before the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice.

• Shareholder and Director of several insurance companies.

• Shareholder and Director of several companies engaged in the shipping industry.

• Member of the Bar Association of the Federal Capital (“CPACF”) since 1987.

• Member of the Bar Association of San Isidro (“CASI”) since 1987.

• Has further developed his professional activity in all areas of the company: corporate law; formation, activity and liquidation of companies; comprehensive advisory services to companies.

• Represents Protection and Indemnity Clubs.

• Represents national and foreign maritime shipowners.
