Mariano Sarmiento is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.

• Experienced for 18 years in the area of civil and commercial litigation in leading law firms: RCTZZ (2004-2008); Estudio Yofre & Asoc. (2008-2010); Estudio Sarmiento & Asoc. (2010- 2015); Nicholson & Cano (2015-2018).

• Former General Director of Legal Affairs of the Argentine Parks Administration (2018-2019).

• Member of the Bar Association of the Federal Capital (“CPACF”) and of the Bar Association of San Isidro (Province of Buenos Aires) (“CASI”).
