Our firm is exclusively dedicated to the stage of labor mediation and conciliation, in and out of court, both private and official, in the Federal Capital and in the Province of Buenos Aires.
We have a department exclusively engaged in the insurance and reinsurance area, representing national and foreign companies in matters related to the insurance and reinsurance activity.
We handle highly complex litigation procedures with the presentation of a large amount of evidence within Argentina and abroad. We represent federal cases before the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice.
We advise shipping agents, shipowners, insurance companies, reinsurance companies, protection and indemnity clubs, brokers, shipyards and shipping companies in all matters related to their activity.
We advise National and Foreign Aeronautical Companies, with the intention of entering the Argentine market, or strengthening and expanding their current situation.
Our firm provides advice to corporations and limited liability companies on the duties and performance of their boards of directors and management, and provides assistance in the most complex business transactions for local and foreign companies.
We have handled cases involving M&A, due diligence, mediation (since its emergence as a tool), arbitration, litigation, contracts, negotiations, reorganization, downsizing and rightsizing, preventive agreements, insolvency and bankruptcy, issues related to the whole spectrum of insurance, and transport law, covering all of their fields of practice.
At present, we continue with the same activity, to which we have added years of continuous experience, as well as some branches within criminal law and the defense of the employer’s interests in labor law.
